The event draws a high-profile roster of African leaders, including Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo (Equatorial Guinea), Bassirou Diomaye Faye (Senegal), Adama Barrow (Gambia), Julius Maada Bio (Sierra Leone), Ismaïl Omar Guelleh (Djibouti), Faustin-Archange Touadéra (Central African Republic), Umaro Sissoco Embaló (Guinea-Bissau), and the President of Ghana.
